Maintenance Technician — On-Call, Housing Discount
Greystar
Greystar is hiring a Service Technician in Pleasant Hill to keep buildings in top condition. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and complete make-readies for new move-ins. The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Expect an on-call schedule and housing discounts where applicable.
