Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility) for North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
• Strong background in pediatric speech and language disorders
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Ability to provide both direct and indirect services to students
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of school-aged children
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational staff to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Focus solely on clinical speech-language pathology duties—no bus or lunch duty required
