Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state mandated continuing education requirements

• Schedule: 5x8
• Setting: Outpatient clinic in a rural area

Location Highlights

Payson, Arizona offers access to outdoor recreation and small-town living in the Mogollon Rim region.
