Team members join a mission-driven system that values collaboration, innovation, and community impact. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Brandon, FL. The Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and delivers evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical and functional assessments, implementing therapeutic exercises and manual techniques, and using appropriate modalities and equipment. The role also involves documenting treatment progress, educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team to coordinate comprehensive care. The Physical Therapist is expected to maintain professional standards, follow all regulatory and safety guidelines, and contribute to a positive, inclusive patient experience. Qualifications Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in the state of Florida; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required. Clinical skills in patient evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and use of rehabilitation equipment and modalities. Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Ability to manage a diverse caseload, prioritize tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and use electronic health records (EHR) systems. Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. Experience in acute care, outpatient, or orthopedic settings is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., orthopedic, neurologic, sports) are a plus. Capability to meet role-specific physical demands, including assisting patients safely, standing for extended periods, and using proper body mechanics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
