About the role:

TNT Growth is launching a dedicated CRO program across our lead gen and ecommerce clients. We need a senior strategist who still loves building: someone who can set the testing strategy for a full book of clients and then ship the pages themselves.

You'll own the program from first hypothesis to final readout. That means strategy, concepting, building in Ploy and Shopify, pitching to clients, running tests and deciding what comes next. You'll also help shape how conversion rate optimization scales at TNT, turning today's process into systems, templates and AI-assisted workflows.

This is a hands-on IC role. If you've moved fully into people management and stepped away from the tools, it's probably not the right fit.

What you'll do:

• Program strategy. Decide which clients and pages offer the biggest upside, and build a prioritized testing roadmap for each client across the full CRO book, tied to their business goal and customer economics.
• Testing. Design rigorous experiments, set sample size and decision rules, and keep an always-on test running for every client in the program.
• Concepting. Lead research (analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, call and lead quality data, competitor pages) and turn it into high-impact concepts with tight ad, page and offer match.
• Building. Build and iterate lead gen pages in Ploy and ecommerce pages in Shopify (product pages, collection pages, offer and bundle pages). Handle tracking needs with Engineering where required.
• Pitching. Sell ideas to GMs, leadership and client stakeholders. Present results as business impact, not just lift percentages.
• Monitoring. Read results, call tests, write up learnings, and launch the next test without waiting to be asked.
• Reporting. Own the consolidated CRO dashboard and a shared library of wins and learnings across clients.
• Systems. Improve TNT's CRO playbook, page templates and AI test planner so the program scales without adding headcount.
• Mentoring. Coach GMs and any future junior CRO hires on testing best practices.

What you bring:

• 3+ years in CRO, growth, or landing page strategy, with a portfolio of tests you designed, built and analyzed.
• Agency or multi-client experience. You can manage priorities across 10+ accounts.
• Strong hands-on skills in a landing page builder (Ploy, Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow or similar) and in Shopify themes, sections and apps.
• Solid experimentation knowledge: hypothesis design, sample size, significance and when not to trust a result.
• Lead gen funnel expertise (forms, calls, qualification) and ecommerce funnel expertise (PDP, cart, checkout, AOV).
• Understanding of how paid traffic (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and ad creative shape page performance.
• Comfort in GA4, GTM and heatmap or session tools.
• Willingness to adopt Ploy and TNT's playbooks as the default, while pushing to improve them.
• Executive-ready communication with clients and leadership.

Nice to have:

• HTML, CSS and Liquid for custom Shopify work.
• Healthcare or behavioral health experience, including HIPAA-aware page and tracking practices.
• Experience building CRO dashboards or test repositories.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up research, copy or page production.

What success looks like:

• First 30 days: Audit active landing pages, take over GM-owned tests, and publish roadmaps for the first group of clients.
• First 60 days: Every client in the program has a live test. Dashboard and test log are live.
• First 90 days: Measurable conversion gains on priority accounts, a documented CRO playbook update, and a plan for how the program scales in Q1

Compensation:

• US-Based Salary (Depending on location and skill set): $70k-$110k
• Non-US-Based Salary (Depending on location and skill set): $40k-$90k
