Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA

Our mission is to serve residents with person‑centered, compassionate care across independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory support, respite care, in‑home care, and hospice services.

Job Types: Full Time 6 am‑6 pm, Part Time 6 am‑2 pm, Part Time 2 pm‑10 pm, PRN.

Pay: Starting $18.50 per hour with $3.00 2nd shift differential and $1.50 3rd shift differential; increases with experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help residents feel comfortable and independent while they live their daily lives.
• Document care accurately, efficiently, and promptly.
• Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification required in the State of Ohio; must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in proper lift technique and use of lift equipment to move, lift, and transfer residents.
