Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:*** Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.* Education Preferred: Master’s Degree.* Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of related experience required.* Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred.* Related manufacturing environment experience.* Prior experience supervising the processing of payroll with ADP, Dayforce/Workday or similar outsourced payroll provider.* Proven SAP experience.* Prior experience with OneStream reporting* Significant hands-on experience using an integrated ERP system.* Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory and cost accounting* Understanding of U.S. GAAP as it applies to a manufacturing environment is required.* Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* Extraordinary interpersonal skills to work in conjunction with other departments.* Must be a team player who also works well independently.* Must be able to analyze data, draw conclusions, interpret results, and make recommendations.## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:**At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
