Customer Service Specialist

Working full-time in a remote capacity, the Customer Service Specialist I will respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to bank products and services while adhering to established service levels and metrics. Key responsibilities Process inbound calls, addressing account questions and customer requests while utilizing training materials to resolve issues independently De-escalate customer situations and ensure ownership of requests through to resolution, including assisting with digital banking services Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to performance metrics, participating in quality review and departmental meetings Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or a financial institution At least one year of contact center experience or equivalent required Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure Knowledge of Android and Apple products, as well as supported web browsers and operating systems
