What You'll Do As a valued member of our Landscaping team, you'll help keep our grounds beautiful through a variety of seasonal and year-round responsibilities, including: Participate in preparing and grading terrain, applying fertilizers, seeding and sodding lawns, and transplanting plant material Locate and plant shrubs, trees, and flowers Trim shrubs and cultivate gardens Trim and edge around walkways, flower beds, and walls Prune shrubs and trees to improve growth, maintain appearance, and remove damaged branches Rake leaves and maintain clean outdoor spaces Clean grounds and remove litter Remove snow from walkways and driveways Spread salt on public passageways to help prevent ice buildup Water lawns and shrubs as needed What We're Looking For Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License High School Diploma or GED OR 1–3 months of related experience and/or training Ability to work outdoors in all seasons Strong work ethic and attention to detail Pride in maintaining beautiful and welcoming outdoor environments Work Location Willow Valley Communities – Millwood 480 Millwood RdLancaster, PA 17603United States Join a Team That Takes Pride in Every Season If you're looking for a rewarding, year-round opportunity where your hard work helps create beautiful outdoor spaces for an entire community to enjoy, apply today and grow your career with Willow Valley Communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Willow Valley Communities
