Responsibilities Maintain safety and security for hotel guests, associates, and assets as a top‑priority. Identify and manage potential situations with professionalism, reasonable thinking, and in accordance with company policies. Respond calmly during extenuating circumstances and stay a step ahead of potential threats. Support 24‑hour operational demands and adapt to changing situations. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of similar work experience in safety and security operations. Post‑secondary diploma, degree, or industry‑related certifications (preferred). Experience in safety and security operations. Team player and detail oriented. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation. Benefits Salary Range: $135,000 to $145,000.
