Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Illinois licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience with pediatric, school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings strongly preferred
• Proficiency in developing and implementing interventions targeting fine and gross motor skills in young children
• Clear understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
• Enthusiasm for working with preschool-aged children and supporting their unique developmental needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a preschool caseload in accordance with IEP goals
