Construction Project Manager
Lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion. Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution. Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints. Oversee procurement and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
A successful Construction Project Manager should have: proven expertise in managing construction projects within the business services industry; strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards; excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively; ability to prepare and interpret schedules, budgets, and project reports; proficiency in project management software and tools; a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges proactively.
