Oral Surgeon Opportunity in Toledo, OH - $600,000 Base Guaranteed Salary + $150,000 Sign-On Bonus + Partnership Track

We're seeking a skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead the expansion of our growing specialty division throughout the Toledo market .

Location: Toledo, Ohio (Multiple Modern Specialty Practices)

Dental365 currently operate six established dental practices offering General Dentistry, Periodontics, and Endodontics. As we continue to expand, we're investing in building a premier Oral Surgery program and are looking for an Oral Surgeon who wants more than just another associate position.

Compensation:

• $600,000 guaranteed base salary
• $150,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications :

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Board Certified/Eligible for Oral Surgery
• Active dental license in Ohio (or willingness to apply)
