Responsibilities Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently resolve customer issues and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel transactions to ensure a positive shopping experience. Execute point of sale/register transactions efficiently. Replenish and receive floor merchandise as needed. Communicate current promotional events and the loyalty program to customers. Maintain a safe, clean, and loss‑free store environment. Qualifications Positive, solution‑oriented mindset. Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical Requirements Lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Stand or walk for extended periods; climb up and down a ladder. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Compensation Hourly: $16.00 – $18.25, based on experience and location.
