ROADHOUSE CINEMAS IS OFFERING

FREE MOVIES & POPCORN!

Must be at least 19 years of age.

Bar Back - Scottsdale

Duties:

• Multitask with a sense of urgency, while maintaining consistency and accuracy.
• Anticipate bartender needs
• Maintain a clean bar and lobby area including keeping tables clean and clear, transporting dishes to dish pit and running glasses through bar dishwasher.
• Keeping bar stocked with fruit, mixes, glasses.
• Tracking and stocking inventory of wine, liquor and kegs.
• Bus and pre-bus bar top and tables.
• Acknowledge guests on premises with "hello" and "goodbye" to all guests with a smile.
• Ensures functional operations of department equipment.
• Teamwork, assisting with other departments as needed.
• Review bathroom cleanliness (per training guidelines).
• Other duties as assigned
