Actuary - Personal Lines Pricing Join our dynamic team as an Actuary specializing in Personal Lines Auto & Home Pricing. This pivotal role involves leading and owning state level pricing decisions and collaborating closely with business partners. This is a key member of our leadership team, driving a partnership-driven approach. Key Responsibilities Lead pricing decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives. Serve as a mentor and coach to support the career development of junior actuaries. Serve as a thought leader on actuarial methodologies, conducting and leading comprehensive analyses. Engage with business partners to assess and enhance pricing capabilities in the market. Act as a strategic technical expert, sourcing and manipulating data within standard requirements. Conduct complex analyses adhering to actuarial standards and develop actionable recommendations. Prepare and present actuarial findings to technical and non-technical audiences at leadership levels. Develop and implement new peer-review techniques, ensuring quality of deliverables. Build strategic business relationships at all organization levels to drive solution delivery. Recommend new software packages that impact long-term success for PC actuarial functions. Qualifications Actuarial designation required (ACAS); FCAS preferred. Seven or more years of actuarial experience. Strong background in pricing, product knowledge, and proficiency in SQL and Python preferred. Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and manage changing priorities effectively. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
