Driver Helper Day Shift

Job Overview Full‑time position (30+ hours per week). Base Pay Range : $19.00-20.00 per hour. Shift : 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday‑Thursday. Location : 2225 S 75th Ave Suite 140, Phoenix, AZ 85043. Responsibilities Assist driver in delivering or unloading windows and patio door products to customers, dealers, distribution centers, and construction job sites using a box truck. Safely and efficiently unload windows and doors. Ensure correct product delivery and complete all required paperwork accurately. Comply with company rules and procedures while performing job duties. Tailgate finished goods manufactured by Cascade Windows, ensuring accurate product count, unloading/loading, and securing return merchandise when authorized. Interact courteously and professionally with dispatcher, shipping, customer service, transportation staff, and customers. Perform other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Shipping Manager. Qualifications 1‑2 years of experience in loading, especially in a window manufacturing environment. Knowledge or experience handling glass. Forklift experience or certification preferred.
