Overview Position: Speech Language Pathologist Location: 55 Unity Point Way, Marshalltown IA 50158 Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 7am-6pm Compensation: Starting at $70,000 and up (Commensurate with experience) Incentives: $10,000 sign-on bonus and/or $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Marshalltown, IA. Prefer CCC's and experience in outpatient pediatrics but will consider a new grad. Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals. Qualifications Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study. State SLP licensure required ASHA certification is required 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
