Description

The Security Technician will support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and related low-voltage technologies. This position works alongside project leads and superintendents to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Install and service access control and CCTV systemsPull, terminate, label, and test cablingAssist with system startup and commissioningTroubleshoot hardware and software issuesFollow project drawings and installation standardsComplete required project documentationMaintain a safe and productive work environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
