Fulfillment Associate

Help keep our business running — literally — as a fulfillment associate with a key role in the processing, allocation, distribution, and planning of products. Job Brief Marathon Sports is looking for a capable team member to help with the operations of our Waltham warehouse as a Fulfillment Associate and Driver. This is a unique opportunity for an individual to play a key role in the processing, allocation, distribution, and planning of products. This individual will work directly with the DC Manager, Assistant DC Manager, store managers, buyers, and vendors and learn firsthand how our business operates from behind the scene. Most importantly, their efforts will have a direct impact on the company’s success. Responsibilities Include: Work closely with the DC and Assistant DC Managers to help facilitate the flow of products for brick‑and‑mortar, Amazon, and E‑commerce. Lead and manage operations of the warehouse as needed. Establish and maintain strong and effective relationships with management staff, online sales, and all employees. Help maintain our systems, processes, and physical space in the warehouse in order to operate as efficiently as possible. Learn and implement Marathon Sports’ warehouse management software including in‑house programs. Receive, check‑in, and process incoming products and update physical inventory as needed. Assist with ship outs, return authorizations, and defective returns. Drive company sprinter van/box truck to make stock drops and deliveries. Provide support to the DC Manager as needed. Qualifications and Skills Required Must be a self‑starter, and ambitious for improvements. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have excellent attention to detail. Must have excellent organizational skills. Experience with RICS is preferred. Must have an active driver’s license and a clean driving record. Other Requirements Ability to travel as required. Flexibility in daily schedule. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds in a physically demanding indoor/outdoor environment. Must be able to pass DOT physical.
