Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across various departments, driving the acquisition of top-tier talent to support our organizational growth and strategic objectives. Duties

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new employees across multiple functions.
• Develop and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media management, HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft, and applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS or Lever.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through research, cold calling, lead generation, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment plans aligned with business goals.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate experience while adhering to employment & labor law compliance.
• Utilize data-driven insights for continuous improvement in recruiting processes; track key metrics related to talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Lead employer branding efforts by leveraging social media platforms and community engagement to attract diverse talent pools.

Skills

• Proven expertise in negotiation, technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and talent management strategies.
• Strong interviewing skills combined with excellent communication skills to assess candidate fit and articulate organizational values.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or Lever; familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP PeopleSoft or UltiPro is preferred.
• Deep understanding of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout all recruitment activities.
• Experience with HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, research, and relationship management.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes such as employee orientation and employee evaluation procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail; adept at training & development initiatives for team growth.
