As a Promotional Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our company at various events, retail locations, and promotional activities, helping to drive product sales and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, distribute marketing materials, and interact with potential customers to highlight the benefits of our products and services.

Key responsibilities include engaging with customers to promote products and services effectively, assisting in setting up promotional displays and materials at retail locations and events, providing detailed information to customers about product features and benefits, supporting the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets, managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained appropriately during promotions, and collecting customer feedback and reporting insights to the marketing team.

Requirements include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills, ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks related to event setups, basic knowledge of sales principles and customer engagement techniques, and a reliable and punctual work attitude.
