What You'll Be DoingAs a cook at Lees Rest, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen team, bringing flavorful dishes to life and ensuring our customers leave satisfied. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our menu and quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
- Monitoring food inventory and assisting with restocking as needed.
- Following all health and safety regulations to uphold our commitment to excellence.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of cooking experience in a professional kitchen setting.
- A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- An eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality meals.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
