Multicultural & Community Marketing Intern [Summer] CT United FC is seeking a passionate and creative Multicultural & Community Marketing Intern to support outreach, engagement, and storytelling efforts that connect our club with diverse communities across Connecticut. This role focuses on outreach, localized marketing, and culturally relevant engagement to help grow awareness and attendance. It is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in sports marketing, community engagement, and grassroots brand building. Compensation This is an unpaid internship. Academic credit may be available if required by your institution. Key Responsibilities Complete and present an assigned educational project Support the development of multicultural marketing initiatives across the state Identify and engage community organizations, cultural groups, and local soccer networks Assist with bilingual and culturally tailored marketing content Represent CT United at community events, festivals, and matches Help coordinate partnerships with ethnic media outlets Track outreach efforts and report engagement insight Preferred Skills & Qualifications Enrolled in a university/college program or recent graduate (required) Bilingual: English and Spanish (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds Ability to work nights, weekends, and matchdays Interest in multicultural/community outreach or support and/or sports business Skills & Experience Gained Community-based marketing strategy Brand activation in diverse markets Event marketing and outreach Cultural competency in sports and entertainment Research and presentation skills Ideal Majors We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability status, veteran status, marital status, citizenship status, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
