Income Opportunity

Average Producing Agents: $9,000–$12,000/month

Top Producers: $30,000+/month

First-Year Income Potential: $100,000–$250,000+

Elite Performers: $400,000+ annually

This is a 1099 commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Individual results vary based on production.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound life insurance opportunities
• Build trust and uncover client needs
• Compare multiple carrier options
• Present customized life insurance recommendations
• Complete applications over the phone
• Follow up professionally when needed
• Ask satisfied clients for referrals
• Track activity and production through our CRM
• Participate in daily coaching
• Consistently work toward personal production goals

Who We're Looking For

Active Florida 2-14 or 2-15 Life Insurance License Required

This posting is specifically designed for experienced, licensed producers.

We're especially interested in agents who:

• Have previous life insurance sales experience
• Know they can produce at a higher level
• Have strong phone communication skills
• Can confidently ask for the sale
• Are competitive and production-driven
• Remain coachable even after achieving success
• Want consistent sales opportunities
• Value access to multiple carriers
• Want to build long-term renewal income
• Thrive around other competitive producers
• Feel they may have outgrown their current agency

Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Portuguese is a strong plus.
