Glenbrook Transition Services is seeking a dynamic educational professional to serve as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. The primary purpose of this position is to work with high school and transition-aged students, staff, parents, and adult-service and community agencies to develop and implement speech/language and transition goals.

Candidates are required to hold or be eligible for a Professional Educator License with the appropriate Speech Language Pathology (SLP) endorsements or an SLP License. Experience with high school and transition-aged students, AAC devices and Community-Based Instruction preferred.
