As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Kingston, MA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.90 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, posting requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or public responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, parking areas, and exterior perimeter, to help identify unusual activity and security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support access control practices, crowd management, and compliance with location rules and expectations.
• Observe and report maintenance issues, policy violations, and suspicious behavior, and provide assistance with directions, escorts, and other customer service needs when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
