Job Opportunity: Home Provider / Shared Living Provider
Our organization is looking for a dedicated Home Provider / Shared Living Provider in Iowa to create a nurturing environment for an adult in need of support. This position involves providing daily assistance in various areas, including:
- Personal Care: Helping with daily hygiene and personal needs.
- Meal Preparation: Assisting with cooking and nutrition.
- Transportation: Facilitating travel to appointments and community activities.
- Household Routines: Supporting daily living activities and maintaining a structured environment.
In this role, you will encourage independence and foster community engagement. You will be responsible for:
- Adhering to established care plans.
- Keeping accurate documentation of care provided.
- Working collaboratively with agency personnel and family members.
