What the Facility Wants (Requirements & Expectations) Experience & Qualifications Experience Required: 1-2+ years of experience (will consider 1 year of experience if accompanied by travel experience). Local Rate Policy: Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater to be considered travel (local rate is $54/hr). Strict Onboarding & Compliance Requirements Background Checks: Must have Iowa SING Background Check to clear (criminal and child abuse portions required—no exceptions). All county and state background checks must be fully cleared prior to start (no instant or statewide searches accepted). Certifications: Mandatory reporter certification required (Child and Adult). Drug Screening: 10-panel screening including opiates required. Titers: Must be within the last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB).
