Hourly pay rate: $24.84 to $29.51
About the Position:
- Responsible for recording and monitoring key administrative functions of the department to provide performance feedback, and to adjust operations accordingly. Directs, trains and monitors operators in maintenance, grooming and on hill operations. Ability to groom existing trails, winch, shape and push snow.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 full time seasons of operating snow grooming equipment
- Ability to operate winch cats, prepare and finish ramps and construct specialized terrain for Sports School and Race Department
- Strong verbal communication skills and adequate writing abilities
