What You’ll Be Doing Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions ️ Set up welding equipment and adjust settings for proper weld penetration and quality Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance Assist with material handling and staging parts for production Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals What We’re Looking For Proven experience as aMIG Welderin a manufacturing or fabrication environment Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions Strong understanding of welding safety practices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced setting Additional welding processes (TIG, Stick, Flux Core) are aplus, but not required Why You’ll Love This Job Competitive pay up to $30/hr 1st shift schedulefor great work‑life balance Opportunities for advancement and skill development Clean, organized, safety‑focused facility Supportive team culture Hands‑on work with real impact Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Summerville, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
