About the Role We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to join our established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Keystone Heights, FL. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population in a therapist-led, patient-centered practice. What You’ll Do Provide outpatient physical therapy for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports rehab patients Treat a diverse caseload using evidence-based interventions and strong clinical reasoning Additional specialties a plus: pelvic health, lymphedema management Dry Needling (DN) certification is a bonus Collaborate with a supportive, therapist-driven team Enjoy a full-time schedule with no weekends required Qualifications Current Florida Physical Therapy License (PT/DPT) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills Experience in outpatient PT preferred, but new graduates are welcome — mentorship and training provided Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay, based on experience Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance Paid Time Off (PTO), holidays, and sick leave Continuing Education (CEU) allowance – up to $2,500 annually + 7 paid CEU days 401(k) plan with employer match Tuition reimbursement for approved courses Annual paid team events (holiday gatherings, beach retreat) Why Join Us?
