Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI regulations and guidelines.Your impactful contributions will include:Collaborating with nursing caregivers and other disciplines to ensure accurate care plan goalsEffective communication with various disciplines to facilitate timely completion and transmission of RAI/MDSPreparing accurate reports on Quality Measure/Quality Indicators (QM/QI) from RAI/MDS dataShift: 7A-3PWe value your dedication and commitment.
