About the Position

A well-established, high-volume group dental practice in Columbia, Missouri is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join its growing team. The practice provides comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages and offers general dentistry, children's dentistry, orthodontics, restorative care, endodontics, oral surgery, implants, and other advanced services under one roof.

The practice is part of a dentist-focused dental organization that provides operational and administrative support while allowing doctors to concentrate on clinical care and patient relationships. Practice Highlights

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; no 2026 graduates
• Join a busy, established multi-doctor family practice
• Work alongside four other dentists, including an Orthodontist
• Bread-and-butter general dentistry with the opportunity to perform endodontics and extractions
• Implant experience is a plus
• Strong existing patient base with patients of all ages
• Collaborative environment ideal for a dentist who enjoys working alongside other providers
• Modern technology including CBCT, iTero scanner, digital imaging, and other advanced dental technology
• Eaglesoft practice management software
• Broad scope of services including restorative dentistry, root canal therapy, extractions, oral surgery, implants, orthodontics, and children's dentistry

The ideal candidate will be motivated, productive, and growth-oriented while keeping excellent patient care as the top priority. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multi-provider environment are important.

Compensation & Benefits

• $900/day guaranteed minimum for the first 5 months
• After the guarantee period, transition to 30%–32% of net collections , depending on experience
• $2,000 annual CE allowance
