Job Description: Pick Pack Associate (Entry Level)

Location: Elizabethtown, KY

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Start Date: Immediate openings available

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary (based on hiring needs)

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Pick Pack Associates to join our warehouse team in Elizabethtown, KY. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to start immediately. The position involves selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requirements
• Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery
• Label and prepare shipments for dispatch
• Use handheld scanners or basic inventory systems (training provided)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments if needed

• No prior experience required (entry-level friendly)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations is a plus
• Must be detail-oriented and reliable
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30–50 lbs throughout the shift
