Digital Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience , including at least 3 years managing digital projects involving web, mobile, eCommerce, or MarTech.
\n
• Proven experience leading full website replatforming initiatives or major digital launches within matrixed organizations.
\n
• Experience managing multiple vendors and complex cross-functional teams.
\n
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies .
\n
• Working knowledge of digital platforms, including CMS (Adobe Experience Manager preferred), analytics, SEO, and content authoring workflows .
\n
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence .
\n
• Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, or Clarity .
\n
• Advanced Excel skills for project tracking, reporting, and metrics.
\n
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex project information concisely to executives.
\n
• Strong risk identification, problem-solving, decision-making, and deadline-management skills.
\n
• Ability to build effective working relationships across business, technology, creative, and vendor teams.
\n

Education & Certifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field , or equivalent professional experience.
\n
• PMP certification preferred.
\n
• Agile certification such as CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe preferred.
