Geriatric Physical Therapist: Elevate Mobility & Independence
Cherry Blossom PACE
Cherry Blossom PACE seeks a licensed Physical Therapist in Alexandria, VA to evaluate and treat participants’ mobility and motor function, promoting independence in daily tasks. Responsibilities include goal-directed therapy, educating care teams, and coordinating with the Therapy Director on adaptive methods and equipment.
