Location/Schedule: Miami, FL – Initially in office five days per week, with increased flexibility following onboarding

Duties and Responsibilities:

\ N

Defend employers in laborand employment litigation and class-action matters.

\ N

Manage pleadings, discovery, motion practice and other aspects of case development.

\ N

Draft position statements, discovery responses, motions and substantive legal documents.

\ N

Participate in workplace investigations, client interviews and evidence gathering.

\ N

Advise and communicate directly with clients on sensitive workplace matters.

\ N

Collaborate with partnerson case strategy, risk assessment and resolution.

\ N

Attend on-site investigations and occasional out-of-town fieldwork when required.

\ N

Core Requirements:

\ N

Active admission to the Florida Bar.

\ N

At least three years of labor and employment litigation experience preferred.

\ N

Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills.

\ N

Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with clients.

\ N

Experience drafting substantive litigation filings and discovery materials.

\ N

Prior experience with a labor and employment-focused firm is preferred.

\ N
