As a member of our Receiving team, you will be responsible for unloading deliveries, verifying received materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and organizing stock for easy accessibility. Complete receiving processes in BisTrack (ERP system), including matching deliveries to purchase orders, noting discrepancies or damages, and scanning paperwork. Transfer materials from staging areas to designated warehouse locations. Conduct cycle counts per the defined schedule to maintain inventory accuracy. Maintain warehouse organization by labeling and sorting materials appropriately in both physical and digital systems. Collaborate with production teams to assess and adjust stock levels as needed. Follow all safety and ergonomic guidelines to promote a secure working environment. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Receiving and Inventory Lead. Position Requirements Qualifications: Ability to operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up) and Combi-lift equipment. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Prior experience in a receiving or warehouse role. Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic. Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments. Reliable work history with a strong attendance record. Flexibility to work overtime as required. Awareness of ergonomic best practices and commitment to workplace safety. Physical Requirements: Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds. Standing/Walking: Frequent movement between storage areas and loading docks (up to 8-10 hours/day) Physical Endurance: Work in the warehouse and sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions, and frequently bend, twist, and reach overhead..
