AI Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and deliver AI and AI-integrated projects from initiation to deployment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing AI/ML projects, working closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and business stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals.
End-to-End AI Project Delivery
- Manage full lifecycle of AI projects: Initiation → Planning → Execution → Deployment → Closure
- Ensure delivery within: Scope, timeline, and budget
Project Planning & Execution
- Define: Project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables
- Manage multiple workstreams across AI initiatives
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with: Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Architects, Business stakeholders
- Act as primary point of contact for project communication
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify: Risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Develop mitigation strategies
- Track and resolve issues proactively
AI Solution Alignment
- Ensure alignment between: Business requirements, AI/ML technical solutions
- Support translation of: Business needs → Technical execution
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track: Project progress, KPIs and deliverables
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Quality & Governance
- Ensure adherence to: Quality standards, compliance requirements, governance frameworks
Agile Delivery
- Work within: Agile / Scrum / Hybrid models
- Facilitate: Sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews

Experience Required
- 6–10+ years of experience in: Project Management / Delivery roles
- Proven experience in: AI / ML / Data projects

- Experience in: Enterprise-scale AI programs
- Exposure to: Data-driven environments
