2nd shift part-time performance coach

Randstad, the largest staffing firm in the world, is looking to hire a Performance Coach, in a manufacturing setting, at our customer site in Groveport, Ohio.  The Randstad Performance Coach will contribute to the execution of RIS work processes via support of the onsite account team directly supporting the client's specific strategic and operational goals.  Randstad’s performance coach focuses on equipping the workforce to achieve superior performance and employee retention.

salary: $18.75 - $19 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities


Provides the site management team with specific details on skill sets needed and real work issues faced by employees.


Observes and coaches talent as needed to reinforce safe work behaviors or correct undesirable behaviors.


Observes talent in the work area to ensure they are working safely and wearing appropriate PPE.


Ensures the safety of talent by promoting safe operations and work environment. 


Observes, monitors, and reports to the supervisor any safety hazards which may cause injury.


Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Randstad Site Managers and Randstad Operations Manager.
