Renewal by Andersen is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Brand Ambassadors . This position offers the opportunity to represent one of the most recognized names in home improvement while gaining experience in marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement.
You'll work from retail locations, introducing shoppers to Renewal by Andersen and helping homeowners take the first step toward improving their homes.
In This Role You Will:
- Engage customers in friendly, informative conversations
- Educate homeowners on custom window and door replacement solutions
- Generate qualified leads for our sales team
- Schedule in-home consultations
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the Renewal by Andersen brand
What You'll Receive
- Competitive starting wage of $18/hour
- Additional performance-based bonus opportunities - average marketers earn $50k-55k/yearly
