North Pole Experience Santa Claus

Job Summary BuschGardens is seeking seasonal performers for Santa’s North Pole Experience at Christmas Town. This live-acting role requires extensive guest interaction and the ability to create a realistic North Pole experience. Responsibilities Create a realistic North Pole Santa Claus experience for families at BuschGardens Christmas Town. Interact with guests of all ages to create a magical Christmas experience. Pose for photographs. Consistently perform the same high‑energy, in‑character experience throughout the night of the event. Takes and implements direction from the Production Team. Maintains a professional, in‑character demeanor at all times while working with a diverse group of customers, leadership, and co‑workers. Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs. Operates within the seasonal schedule, ending on 12/25/26. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Maintains a tidy and safe work area. Responsible for clocking in and out at the beginning and end of assigned shifts. Available for shifts between the times of 2:00PM to 12:00AM on event nights and during some rehearsals (shifts will vary and some start later in the day). Available for rehearsals, including weekend days, which occur on select nights prior to the event openings. Able to disclose accurate availability for all event/rehearsal dates during the audition process. Can sit for extended periods of time. Costumes will be provided by BuschGardens and will remain the property of BuschGardens. Based on needs and availability, may not work every night of the event. Develops skills/knowledge to maintain excellent quality show appearance. Follows through on show notes to ensure progress in specific areas and adhere to the creative vision of the Production Team.
