Are you entrepreneurial, motivated, and looking for an opportunity with unlimited income potential? Farmers Insurance is seeking driven professionals to join our Business Insurance Agent (BIA) Program, where you'll build your own commercial insurance business while leveraging the strength of one of America's most recognized insurance brands.

Unlike starting completely from scratch, Business Insurance Agents work alongside existing Farmers agents, gaining access to referral opportunities, established customer relationships, and dedicated support resources designed to accelerate success.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Develop relationships with business owners and commercial clients
  • Identify insurance needs and provide tailored business insurance solutions
  • Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities
  • Partner with Farmers agents to expand commercial insurance offerings
  • Present proposals, quote policies, and close new business
  • Deliver exceptional service while growing your book of business
  • Stay informed on commercial insurance products and underwriting guidelines
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients
  • Sales, business development, or insurance experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
  • Property & Casualty licensing (or willingness to obtain, depending on state requirements)
