About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the operating room required License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS Must-Have: - Proficient in main OR surgeries - Experience with EPIC charting system - Ability to take call 1-2 shifts per week, including nights and weekends - No block scheduling requests accepted - Must not have more than 7 days of requested time off Description: This is a 13-week travel nursing position in the Operating Room. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience in the operating room. Experience with the EPIC charting system is required. Service lines include Urology, Pediatric Urology, Pediatric General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Plastics, ENT, Da Vinci Robotic Surgery, and some Gynecology. Call is required 1-2 shifts per week, including nights and weekends. Two weekend calls are expected during a 6-week schedule, with dates subject to change. Candidates must be proficient in main OR surgeries. Travelers with 7 or more days of requested time off will not be considered. Candidates who have worked in any affiliated locations will need HR approval for rehire status. This position requires floating to a sister location as needed. The work environment is fast-paced and requires effective collaboration within a surgical team. Ensuring patient safety and adhering to all protocols is a top priority.
