Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Virginia state license or ability to obtain the required state license prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings or comparable post-acute care experience preferred.
• Client-specific requirement: ability to provide therapy services in a skilled nursing facility environment and collaborate with nursing and restorative staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems used in SNFs preferred.
• Experience managing caseloads with diverse geriatric and medically complex populations preferred.
