Teamcenter Product Supervisor

Teamcenter / PLM Functional And Delivery PartnerTeamcenter / PLM serves as the senior functional and delivery partner between engineering, manufacturing, and IT for Teamcenter-related initiatives. This role leads business analysis, intake, backlog governance, and solution alignment for Teamcenter and its connected enterprise processes, with a focus on product data, BOM governance, lifecycle workflows, and integrations with downstream systems such as SAP. The role is responsible for translating complex business and engineering needs into structured requirements, governing delivery within Azure DevOps (ADO), and supporting Teamcenter as the enterprise system of record for product-related data.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads and mentors a development team to ensure clarity of responsibilities, balanced workload distribution, and consistent delivery.Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and IT leaders to define priorities and business outcomes for Teamcenter initiativesLead workshops and discovery sessions for BOM, lifecycle, and product data processesTranslate complex business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaDrive governance of Teamcenter data including part numbers, classifications, and lifecycle statesLead integration requirements and alignment across Teamcenter, SAP, CAD, and other systemsManage Azure DevOps backlog including epics, features, user stories, and traceabilityDrive delivery execution by ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned in ADOSupport testing, validation, and release readiness for Teamcenter solutionsMaintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for PLM processesIdentify process improvement and modernization opportunitiesDefines and monitors key performance indicators to assess product success and guide optimization efforts.Performs other duties as assigned.Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related roleExperience working with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred)Strong experience gathering and documenting requirementsExperience with Azure DevOps and delivery governancePreferred QualificationsExperience with Teamcenter implementations and integrationsExperience with Autodesk VaultFamiliarity with SAP integration and enterprise data flowsExperience with CAD integrations such as Inventor or Solid EdgeExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery modelsKey Skills & CompetenciesStrategic business analysisPLM governance and systems thinkingIntegration analysis across enterprise systemsAzure DevOps backlog governanceStakeholder facilitationDocumentation and process standardizationDriving delivery and executionBenefits and Compensation Summary:We take care of our people.
