Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a permanent part-time night shift position working 24 hours per week (two 12-hour shifts). The Respiratory Therapist will provide respiratory care and life-support services to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders while serving as a clinical resource within the Respiratory Therapy Department. This role requires experience in acute and critical care respiratory therapy, strong assessment skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or higher required
• Active Respiratory Therapist license required
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• NRP Certification highly preferred
• Experience in acute and critical care respiratory therapy preferred
• Experience with ventilator, BiPAP, and CPAP management required
• Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) sampling and analysis experience required
• Experience administering respiratory medications via nebulizer and metered-dose inhalers required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required
• Must maintain all required licenses and certifications throughout employment
• Local candidates highly preferred
