About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours (11:00 - 23:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department experience with adult and pediatric populations within the last 3 years. License: RN license required (WI RN or Compact RN license) Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC - AHA ONLY required Must-Have: Epic experience required Description: Evening and night shifts may be necessary as needed. Primary shifts will be from 11:00 to 23:30 or from 15:00 to 03:30. Weekend and holiday rotation will be based on operational needs. Candidates can start on designated dates. Telemetry testing will be required before beginning the position. The role entails providing comprehensive emergency care to a diverse patient population. Nurses will coordinate closely with various support services to ensure efficient patient flow. The department serves a high volume of patients annually and is involved in critical response services across the facility. This position requires knowledge and experience in managing a wide range of emergency conditions and procedures. The candidate must possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with stabilization and transfer of patients. Candidates must be prepared to float to other areas as needed. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality patient care in emergency settings. Travel may be required for this position.
