Job Details:

• Certifications: RN IN licensure, ACLS, BLS
• Trauma Level: Level 2
• Facility Specific Job Notes:

- RN IN licensure, ACLS, BLS required - RN required, oncology background preferred - 2+ years' experience, oncology experience a plus - Lutheran employed staff required to obtain chemo/bio certification within one year of employment - EMR: Cerner
